- Collaborate with design and content for on-brand creatives.
- Monitor performance, iterate using insights and analytics.
- Engage with community: replies, DMs, partnerships, influencers.
Requirements
- 0-1 years managing brand social media accounts.
- Strong copywriting and understanding of platform nuances.
- Experience with scheduling tools and analytics dashboards.
- Basic design sense; can brief designers effectively.
- Comfortable working with creators and community.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on with short-form video editing tools.
- Experience in performance marketing or influencer programs.
- Past work at agencies or product startups.
