Responsibilities
- Own social strategy and content calendar across major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and community updates that reflect our premium brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate with our design and content teams to ensure all creatives are on-brand and high-quality.
- Monitor performance metrics, iterate on strategies using deep insights and platform analytics.
- Engage with our growing community: handle replies, DMs, partnerships, and coordinate with influencers.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience managing brand social media accounts in a professional or agency setting.
- Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of platform nuances and audience behavior.
- Hands-on experience with modern scheduling tools and advanced analytics dashboards.
- A basic design sense; the ability to brief designers effectively or use tools like Canva for quick updates.
- Comfortable working directly with creators, community members, and internal stakeholders.
