1. Revision Policy
AtWebStudios is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our design work. We provide free revisions based on the specific package you have selected. "Unlimited" revisions are capped at 10 rounds of feedback per project phase to ensure projects remain on schedule. Additional revisions beyond your package limit or the 10-round cap may incur an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the requested changes. All revision requests must be made within 3 business days after the initial delivery of the project draft.
2. New Order Turnaround Time
We pride ourselves on efficiency without compromising on quality. Our standard turnaround times are as follows:
- Logo Design: Initial concepts delivered within 24–48 business hours.
- Website Design (Mockups): Delivered within a minimum of 48 business hours.
- Website Development (Coding): Typically takes 5–7 business days after design approval, depending on the complexity of the site.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will start being processed the following business Monday. All timelines are estimates and may vary based on the timely provision of content and feedback by the client.
3. Refund Policy
AtWebStudios offers a refund policy to protect our clients' investments. Refunds are available if the initial design concept has not been approved and the request for a refund is made within 14 days of the original purchase. However, refunds will not be granted once any of the following occur:
- Any design revisions have been requested or made.
- Another designer or agency has been hired for the same project.
- More than 30 days have passed since the original purchase date.
- The project has been completed and delivered.
4. Ownership of Projects
Upon completion of the project and full payment of all outstanding invoices, the client receives full ownership rights and copyright to the final delivered assets. If ownership rights are requested mid-project before final payment is settled, an additional administrative fee may apply. AtWebStudios retains the right to showcase the completed work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.
5. Quality Assurance Policy
We ensure the highest quality through research-based design and standardized development practices. Our team conducts thorough testing across various browsers and devices before launch. We offer free revisions to meet client expectations as outlined in our revision policy, ensuring that the final product aligns perfectly with the agreed-upon brief.
6. Delivery Policy
All completed project files and website assets are delivered digitally via email, shared cloud folders, or your secure client account portal. Requests for urgent delivery or delivery through physically shipped media must be agreed upon in writing and may incur extra shipping and handling costs.
7. Record Maintenance and Backups
AtWebStudios maintains records of finalized work for a limited period of 6 months following project completion to assist in case of data loss on the client side. However, it is the client's responsibility to back up all final files and website data once ownership has been transferred. We are not liable for any data loss occurring after the archival period.
8. Customer Support
Professional support is available during our standard business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST) through the official contact methods listed on our website. While we strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, support response times may vary during peak periods.
9. Communication Policy
For security and record-keeping purposes, only communication sent via info@atwebstudios.com.au or through our official website contact forms is considered official. AtWebStudios is not liable for any instructions, changes, or information shared through unofficial channels such as personal social media accounts or unmonitored messaging apps.
10. SMS / Email Communication Consent
By providing your contact details to AtWebStudios, you consent to receive service updates, project notifications, and occasional marketing offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails or by contacting us directly. We strictly adhere to the Spam Act 2003 and do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtWebStudios shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services, website, or any delays in project delivery due to unforeseen technical issues or client delays. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
